Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have always been very happy with it. I did go to a tax professional the past two years because of some complicated family situations, but now I am back using Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Easy to Understand. Simple process. Accuracy is verified.

Computation of Recovery Exclusion

The instructions for the Computation of Recovery Exclusion could have been made clearer and more helpful. Very dissatisfied with the lack of clarity in the step by step instructions for the complex calculations.

Very unhappy

Have always been happy with Turbo Tax but this year, had problems. I followed suggestions from TT but still could not transmit my returns electronically.
What's great about it: really ideal way to complete taxes
What's not so great: nothing I did, would allow my transmitting returns

Overall this is a nice tax software, easy to understand and user- friendly.

What's not so great: Price for state's efile not included.

Year after year I've used Turbo Tax for both my federal and state returns. Stress and error free. With the step by step instrucion and informaton provided I'm able to under my taxes and the calculations without having to read through the government's hard to understand explanations
What's great about it: Once again Turbo Tax made filing my taxes stress free. I know I can count on my return to be thorough and error free
What's not so great: What's not to love about this product and the support

Good Pace

I believe Turbo Tax software is improved over past years, especially with deductions like computing mileage. It is much simpler than it used to be. I was less satisfied with the State interview. It requires the tax payer to do calculations instead of just entering numbers from 1099's, etc which is why I purchased the software.
What's great about it: I like the pace Turbo allows for preparing a return. Easier to reflect on overlooked deductions before filing..
What's not so great: The State return was harder than the Federal with little explanation to help along the way.
