TurboTax does it again

My information this year was pretty straight forward so using TurboTax was even easily than prior years. Having said that I would have missed a deduction due me without TurboTax help.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step-by-step process process. Covered an area that would have missed without it.

Overall this was a very easy way to file. I will use Turbo Tax again
What's great about it: Very easy to follow. Especially liked being able to import W-2 info directly. Great feature
What's not so great: if possible include other payroll companies

I'm not a computer kind of guy..This has for years has help me to file my taxes..I have had trouble with the e-file in past years but trying it again this year..
What's great about it: so easy and helpful.
What's not so great: couldnt find last years info..same computer.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

We've filed with Turbo Tax for almost 10 years now, and really love the convenience, and security that it has afforded. We are confident that our returns are correct, and we can review, and e-file or mail returns as we choose. Instructions are clear and complete.
What's great about it: Step by step, informational and easy to use.

Gives you confidence yet it is not complete. Local returns should be part of the states.
What's great about it: answering questions for situations
What's not so great: state does not do all for PA

I'm so happy Turbo Tax online was available and got my taxes finished in a jiffy! Nothing like waiting until the last minute, but Turbo Tax came through for me and now my mind is at ease:))
What's great about it: So fast & easy to navigate the screens, step by step!!

I sill love Turbo Tax, but state support is so lacking, I will need to reevaluate purchasing TT State. Every year I have questions, and the included help is so minimal it adds no value.
What's great about it: Detailed federal review
What's not so great: State detail is lacking, w/ minimal help materials

Loved the Tax Tips/Details. Step by Step process made it easy to complete Taxes in a short timeframe. I will continue to use Turbo Tax every Year!
