So easy to use

Love Turbo Tax. Accurate, EASY, and quick.
What's great about it: All questions answered
What's not so great: Can't think of anything
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall very easy to use. Love the It's Deductable. Anyone can use this to file all but very complicated returns.
What's great about it: Super easy to use.
What's not so great: does not diferentiate between states that don't have state income tax. Kept asking me if I want to file.

Turbo Tax is excellent for us because it's simple and easy to use and because we get all the expertise needed without going to a tax filing office for help.
Been using it for years and will continue to use Turbo Tax.

What a breeze!

I am a long-time fan. Have used several others over the years, but have stuck with TurboTax for about 10 or 11 years straight now. I trust Intuit/TurboTax.
What's great about it: Always accurate, double-checks my work, easy to use
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. I've never had a problem....wouldn't submit my tax return any other way!
What's great about it: Simple, Quick & Clear
What's not so great: Need to continually scroll...each section should return to spot where next step continues
