Simple

Desperate for time I decided to use Turbo Tax to file my taxes and the program was extremely easy and I finished within 1 hour.
What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have always enjoyed using Turbo Tax. Easy to understand and navigate through different sections.

Simple, effective, efficient

Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I'm hoping that this is the case with Turbo tax. the return was simple, the itemized deductions and pricing was good - sometimes a little higher value that what I would expect, but hey, that's a good thing - so long as I don't get audited!
What's great about it: easy-peasy

Takes the pain out

I like the methodical step by step "interview" to ensure all incomes and deductions are counted. The fact that it remembers you from previous years also is a great time saver. Really takes the sting out of this yearly ritual. My only negative which isn't Turbo Tax's fault is that we have a Federal tax code that Requires use of software such as this!
What's great about it: Methodical, Step by step questions for all deductions
What's not so great: none that I can be recalled

Couldn't e-file

i was very frustrated that I paid to e-file state taxes, but was unable to e-file both federal and state taxes.
What's great about it: It is a user friendly program.
What's not so great: I couldn't get the e-file to work, even after I downloaded updates.

Count on TurboTax to be Accurate, Useful, Helpful

I have counted on TurboTax for years to guide me through a confusing task every April. I am still satisfied that is the best in showing me how to legitimately meet my obligations to meet my federal and state tax obligations. I expect to feel this way next year, too.
What's great about it: Simple to follow directions, complete coverage of topics,

finally done taxes

quite easy and helpful references, would like to see a reminder page at the beginning for those who do their taxes away from home...on what they should have with them to begin; ie; bank addressees etc, old tax forms all documentation from previous year and current year.
What's great about it: easy, concise, many references for more info
