Finally able to e-file
on April 15, 2014

Sent a review last night asking for a cancellation of the credit card payment because if could not get an e-file accomplished. The program keep telling me that I needed to download update. I did that 4 times and still got the same message. This morning I tried again and it went through. Keep my money.
What's great about it: great!

Liked ability to read blurbs from tax information explanation or booklets. Liked the immediate ability to efile. Liked the followup emails that forms had been accepted,
What's great about it: The use of prior information or employer contacts
What's not so great: charity entries not in alphabetical order
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

instructions were not concise enough, difficult to follow and too brief, needs more examples. Turbo Tax can certainly do a better job with this.

What's not so great: Unclear instructions & difficult to navigate

You need to better explain the differences in a business owners tax write offs and where these expenses are entered and a an employees business expenses and where they are entered.

Excellent Product

This product makes even the most complicated tax issues simple. I'm no tax accountant but Turbo Tax gives me the piece of mind that my taxes are filed correctly. This assures me I'm getting the most deductions resulting in the maximum refund!

IRA Advice

The software recommends you get an IRA before it determines how much you are allowed to put into an IRA without a penalty. As a result, I bought a Roth IRA and now need to figure out how to recharacterize it and amend my tax return later.
What's great about it: The usual.
