Easy and thorough

After 8 years using TurboTax, it has always met my needs at tax time. Its easy to use format guides you through with ease and makes suggestions that sometimes may be overlooked. I especially appreciate the many explanations of terms and procedures. Item entries are easy to make and the information imported from previous years helps keep me on track for current information. Making adustments is comprehensive and straight forward. I will use TurboTax again next year because it has always met my needs.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, user friendly, seems to touch all bases
What's not so great: None that I could descern

By covering all the deductions, I feel that nothing was missed. I did have to look up more information , but it was worth it.

Keeps Getting Better

TurboTax remains my favorite tax prep tool. The product walks through the process with helpful hints and suggestions along the way. It is easy to stop at any point and returns you to the exact spot you last left.
Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Thorough and even easier to use
What's not so great: Unable to load last year's info from .PDF

Last Minute turbotax

I received my TurboTax software late in the "tax season". I've been a turboTax user since 1994. The installation was simple. While the menus were extensive the navigation was easy and links to additional worksheet exemplified the detail that TurboTax built into the program. One piece of advice for other users is to have get the software early, build a mock return, then organize your documentation accordingly. The filing will be a 'Turbo' experience.

Taxes done easy

I love using Turbo Tax. This year I needed to change my IRA contribution amount and it was hard to get a number that Turbo Tax had calculated removed from the equation. Had to sort through opening every window I could find relating to the IRA and zero it out on the worksheet directly. Other than that its a great tool.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Hard to undo entries
