Very easy

Took 30 minutes to do my whole return
What's great about it: Very easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Refund with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for almost 20 years. I love it.
What's great about it: Walking you through the retuen step by step
What's not so great: When no need for a particular section it should fill in automatically with "not applicable" instead of "update"
Pros: I bought or sold investments

After reviewing and updating my account, your system will not accept my new name or password. I can not get into my account easily.
What's great about it: step by step instructions. easy transfer of data.
What's not so great: account support is lacking.

Turbo is so easy

Why won't it print a copy? I fought with this last year but am not bothering this year. Got so frustrated with this. Maybe I need to go to the pdf file and print. Help.
What's great about it: I like it saving all my stuff. Makes it so easy to do each year.
What's not so great: When I click print documents, it won't generate a preview or a copy so I can print it. What am I doing wrong?

Quick, easy, late (my fault the late part!)

I've been doing my taxes via Turbo Tax since it came out (with exception of 2 years) and it is easy to use and you can do everything in 2-2 1/2 hours. Click and it's electronically send!
PERFECT!

What's great about it: Written in English, not in latin makes it easy.
What's not so great: My other computer I was working on, crapped out while doing it.

Why did I ever doubt Turbo Tax?

I started using Turbo Tax in 2010 and was pleased with the service, however, after having my first child I figured it would be a smart move to have an accountant do my taxes...Long story short I am back with Turbo Tax. Not only did these accountant charge me close to three times what Turbo Tax would've charged, but I was not satisfied with the refund amounts. Needless to say I am back with Turbo Tax this year and couldn't be more happier.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, step by step guide towards your maximum refund.
What's not so great: none
Pros: I had a baby
