Audit protection for a fee?

It is my understanding that this service is automatically included with H&R Block, but not with Turbo Tax. I believe that even one whom has never been audited would want to have that peace of mind, that they will have assistance if necessary.
Personally, I am not likely to use Turbo Tax again for that reason. I will add that the customer service representative very pleasant, appeared knowledgeable of my concerns, provided helpful tax advice answering all of my questions.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Not appealing, keeping up with competitors

Quick refund

I used Turbo Tax many years,good even thought for beginner.
Just wonder some times I tried download software and I get more refund than the disk,cannot find out why? I've just filled the same things.
Bottom line: Good and reliable software.

I have used turbo tax for many years, this year is the worst I have used. many problems with your program this year very slow, may not use next year

Last Minute Filing

Turbo Tax is great in walking you through the paperwork, but trying to e-file is a pain....and they try to charge you for it. Granted, it was a last minute filing, but I KEPT getting prompted to check for updates...I did that about 6 times and I still wasn't able to e-file. Quite disappointing.
What's great about it: Easy paperwork
What's not so great: When I tried to e-file I kept getting prompted to "check for updates", I eventually filed the old fashioned way

Nothing could be easier

This has to be the most painless way to file taxes. I have been doing taxes on my own most of my life. There is no dread when it comes to tax time. It is truly as easy as it is advertised to be. Thank you.

Excellent and Easy!

I used to spend days doing my taxes. Then I discovered Turbo Tax about 14 years ago and I would never go back! I love it! Turbo Tax makes everything much easier - it's just Plug and Play! Plug in your numbers and let Turbo Tax do the work! It's a "No Brainer." Then sit back and relax because the "Annual Nightmare" is over. Turbo Tax takes away the nightmare! Thank you Turbo Tax for simplifying the one thing everybody hates to attempt!
What's great about it: Easy to do - Excellent results!
What's not so great: Gathering the information to enter is the hardest part!
