Godsend

this software and its creators are the best that could happen to a busy guy like me. My family depends on me to finish the taxes so we can get our money back, and TurboTax comes through every year. Thanks.
What's great about it: quick, easy, good feelings after
What's not so great: none I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love it.

Used to be an accountant and always filed my own taxes. Have been using TurboTax the last few years and will never go back. When I did my own taxes, I once missed something. I found the error and refiled. The IRS pretty much said thank you and please pay this penalty. I do not worry about that happening anymore using TurboTax.
What's great about it: Quick and easy.

better then paying someone

looked into disability, was going to get 0 so why go thru getting Dr. papers. But could not get it off my work place.
What's great about it: was able to do it myself
What's not so great: when a dection would not work for me it still filed forms

Easiest ever software to use

I found the software easy to use and easy to understand and downloading from last year eliminated a lot of unnecessary typing.

Easy Filing

The program is easy to use. Simply answer the questions and turbo tax calculates your taxes owed or your refund.
What's great about it: Questions asked by Turbo Tax
What's not so great: added charge to file if not using credit card

Amazed on how easy it was!

I was really scared and nervous to do my taxes on my own this year but I kept getting referred to Turbo Tax. My boyfriend bought it for me and let me tell you PIECE OF CAKE! Really easy to do. I will definitely use them next year.
What's great about it: I love the One at a time process!
What's not so great: The student part was not as easy to enter.

Fastest around

I just did my daughters taxes in record time. It was very easy and I had no issues. It was the fastest taxes I have ever filed! Great Job!
What's great about it: Very easy to use, complete, and makes taxes so easy!
What's not so great: Nothing.
