Filing for the non expert

Ease of use. However errors difficult to deal with due to lack of expertise. Still good product for the non expert.

Never buy the cd

I thought I would be smart and purchase the CD this year and save a few bucks but I ended up paying more than the online price so really I am not sure why they even sell the thing in a CD form. VERY VERY disappointed in turbo tax this year especially since I have used them for the past four years.
What's great about it: I have liked turbo tax in the last couple of years but I made the mistake this year
What's not so great: If you dont click the correct box they expect you to do the entire thing over again to get your one free State return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Way better than H&R Block software

Thought I'd try the H&R Block software after using TurboTax for many years. Call it curiosity because I've been happy with the TurboTax experience all these years. Should you purchase H&R Block's software over Turbo Tax? My advice in a word: DON'T. Stay with the gold standard.

Just Simple and Stress Free

I just can't say enough how easy this is to use. It is intuitive, quick to follow, and if there are questions, quick assistance. This is a real stress reliever. Thank you very much Turbo Tax!
