mac font size too small

Mac have a stupid default font size which is hard to change.

Hard to make charity name correction

Moved and gave lots of clothing, shoes, furniture, etc to various charities. Made mistake on name of one charity and wasn't able to find way to correct the name without re-entering all the info. If way to correct name is there, it's impossible to find. Otherwise is very easy to use and understand.
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: Nearly impossible to change name of charity if make mistake.

I'm a college student just learning how to file taxes. Turbo Tax made the process easy to follow. Because I worked in more than one state, and needed to file two state taxes the cost of the 2nd state was too expensive to download.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: purchase of other states after the first free one is too high.

I'm disappointed. First, it simply didn't work with my 529 information. I clearly had substantial college bills yet the 529 portion kept stating that some 529 withdrawals was taxable even though bills were much greater than 529 withdrawals. Second, it would have been nice to know that only one efile is permitted per ssn on a tax return. I efiled my daughter's simple return for 4 dollars refund, and then it wouldn't let me file my return. If I had known, i would have reversed the order since my return has 21 pages. Third, the heavy sells to move up to a more expensive version of TT was not appreciated, not the sell for representation if I'm audited.
What's great about it: assistance for placing value on donations to charity
What's not so great: Quirks. Didn't work for 529 info., didn't tell me could not file electronic if dependent filed electronic

This was my worst experience with Turbo tax. May go elsewhere next year.
SOme of the issues were
problem with extra line filled out line in gross compensation in state income that has been noted by others with no help to fix. It comes up as an error with no clear instruction or path to fix it.
Program doesn't understand my age (71) and is suggesting things like IRAs that I am not eligible for.
Inability to efile program claimed I was missing an update. Updates didn't fix, had to mail.
Told me I couldn't efile my state then kept trying to get me to efile it.
COnstant trying to sell me additional services.

This would have taken no time at if I had been able to upload all the info from my broker. TurboTax did make it easy to enter all the info in a grid display. Thank you TurboTax for making it easy for regular people to file their own taxes! I've recommended TurboTax to so many people!
What's great about it: Did our return the night before while my hubby slept beside me and e-filed the next morning in my PJs
What's not so great: The 1099 basis and dates were terrible for the batch of ESPP company stock I sold
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
