Awesome Program!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years now and I love love love it!!! I would not change to any other program or service!!!!
What's great about it: I love the ease of step by step guidance!! The questions I had were easily and clearly answered in the help section!!
What's not so great: That I had to pay for my State efile!

Well Done Again - but

The program is very good at taking your step by step through the tax forms asking the right questions and you can get additional help and explanations on almost any of the questions. That is what I liked most of all. The issues I did not like were: When getting back into a saved file the program can start at the beginning again. When I was printing a copy for my records about 20% of the pages were printing with black streaks across the page. When I tried to print just the single page the same thing happened. I had to get out of TurboTax and open the saved pdf to get it to print correctly.
What's great about it: Covers all items and gives as much detail as your want
What's not so great: When opening a saved file does not always bring you back to where you left off, printing issues.

Peace of Mind with Accuracy and Support

TurboTax is competitive in price, easy to use and provides peace of mind in accuracy. It comes with tools for planning and preparing taxes to maximize refund!
What's great about it: TurboTax makes filing income taxes straightforward with 100% accuracy!
What's not so great: Have not encountered one.

Simple Smooth and Direct

Good solid program. Updates are frequent & immediate when made available. I do both Federal and State and since I have used TurboTax for 5+ years, the process for the new year is pretty straightforward and predictable, especially when no major life changes have occurred. e-Filing smoothes the process but charges applied could be better stated up front.
What's great about it: Well structured options to guide you through prep for filing
What's not so great: None really except total charges could be better explained

Fastest Ever Refund

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 12 years and love the E-file and the ability to save electronic copies for my records. Four different financial levels are available from Basic to Home & Business. The step by step instructions walk you through the right forms and publications for your tax needs. This program was so easy the first time I used it that I've been hooked on it ever since.
What's great about it: Fast and automatic transfer of previous tax year's information
What's not so great: Couldn't find any.

I like that I input my figures and TurboTax computes for me. Makes my life easier. Finishes my work faster. I have used Turbotax since 2008.
