Easy, Easier, Easiest, TurboTax $$$

I would recommend TurboTax for the average person, to someone with investments, to someone with a small business. It's also just the ticket for someone with a small income filing a 1040EZ Federal Form and it's free. You can get useful information that will help you with next years taxes and ways to find every deduction you deserve.
What's great about it: I was happy to find answers that I could understand.
What's not so great: None really

Have used it for many years, it makes taxes simple, the guide feature is key!
What's great about it: almost fun to go step by step, definitely fun to see the refund $ go up
What's not so great: no way to compare different options for filing

I've used a tax preparation service for the last four years but it was becoming increasingly expensive. I had used Turbo Tax previously but was leery about using it again because the process wasn't entirely clear before. Well, Turbo Tax has stepped up its game and even I had no problems following the intuitive step-by-step instructions with minimal confusion. I will definitely use Turbo Tax again next year.

Great And Easy Experience!

The 2013 Tax year edition of Turbo Tax was a breeze! I have been using this product for years! Some years I loved it and I must say that the past 3 years I had so many software and technical glitches that I was almost hesitant to try again. BUT, I loved the convenience of transferring information year to year! I was rewarded grandly.
This years software was fantastic, glitch free and was a breeze to use. I noticed a few new features that were very helpful in explaining entries.
Now, I hope my old desktop holds out for several more years to continue using Turbo Tax!!
It is so easy and I already know pretty much what I will need to complete my taxes so I begin my file in January and when tax time comes around I know that all I have to do is grab my Turbo Tax software and plug the numbers in!

Turbo Tax is an easy and efficient tax software package. It takes away the fear doing your own tax return. It makes you feel like a Tax Pro. If you have a tax problem or unique situation, there is fast online support to help you. Most importantly, the software drills down through a series of questions to ensure accuracy --and imparting a keen understanding of tax law in the process. And it's so user friendly.
What's great about it: It's easy and provides the rationale for certain actions in an easy and understandable manner

I've been using TurboTAX for a decade+! Love its simplicity, its accuracy, the peace of mine it provides! NEVER been audited, or been a recipient of ANY tax problems from the feds!

I have an account where my software is ordered and shipped annually. Was very confused when was told place order for next year. I hope I am not going to be billed for two software programs.
