Always easy

Fourth year now using it, and it completely takes the stress out of doing taxes. It is that simple!!!
What's great about it: easy step by step
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Smooth as Always!

I have been using TurboTax for about the last 4 years now and I have not been disappointed! They always seem to get me the biggest return with ease! I got stuck on a couple parts but "08_Meghan C" with the Chat Support Team, walked me through it and gave me clear and concise instructions! Word of mouth is still the strongest way of referral and I will most definitely be spreading the word about this awesome, user-friendly, and flawless software!

Can't Beat This

I have used TurboTax for several years and have tried other software through the years, but always came back to TurboTax, as it did not have the problems of other tax software.
What's great about it: Easy to use, explanes items that may not be common etc.
What's not so great: A little on the expensive side, compared to others

Always Reliable

I have used Turbo Tax for years and am confident it has helped me get the best returns possible. I've also learned what things to save for documentation.
My only complaint is this: I do the majority of my donations online, so when I'm asked to find the address of the charitable organization, I have to do some serious searching at times. My receipt from my online donation to the Red Cross "Disaster Relief" fund had no address, and I'm not sure exactly which address to use. It would be nice if there were a place to indicate the web address of the agencies instead of a physical address.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Help topics are truly helpful
What's not so great: address needed for online donations

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Have compared to CPA as well. Comes up with same returns and numbers.
What's great about it: Easy to naviagte. Thorough.

Takes The Scary Out of Tax Prep!

I have been using Turbo Tax Software for a number of years now - anyone remember floppy disks? Anyway, they have continuously improved the software until now it is just a matter of having your records in order and being able to answer questions on the computer. The software quides you step by step through the tax preparation process based upon your situation and answers to questions. Returning users have the plus of having their prior years' data imported into the newly installed years' software. Once you have typed in your answers to these questions, the software processes your answers into the necessary tax forms and supporting documentation required to file your taxes. You are even given a summary page containing an overview of your information with instructions on what to do next and the address of the nearest IRS Processing Center. Those of us that now enjoy a paperless office have the option of e-filing both the Federal and the State return. At least, my State accepts them, yeah!!! Turbo Tax has come a long way since I printed my first Turbo Tax generated 1040 Tax Form on a dot matrix printer! And I am sure glad they have!!!
What's great about it: Intuitive and easy to use.
What's not so great: None that I could find.

Good refund

Turbo Tax is really easy to use and good for people who don't know much about doing taxes. Very reasonably priced.
What's great about it: Very organized and the Deluxe version walks you through everything
What's not so great: Some trouble transmitting the refund but an update solved this.
