I have done taxes for many years even worked as a tax professional. Some of your answers to questions were difficult to understand.
I tried to call but constantly got disconnected. Other times I stayed on the phone for over an hour when online it said 15 minutes wait time. Also pressed 1 for them to return my call, they never did.
Tried to e-file my state but could not pay with my credit card. I tried the other routes by calling again, I was put on hold for over an hour then I failed asleep.
Now I am stuck trying to figure out what to do next about e-filing my state. I guess I have to mail it in.

Easy to Use

Software guides you though your return making it very easy to accurately complete your tax returns - both Federal and State. "It's Deductible" is terrific at guiding you for valuing donations of items to Charities - like Good Will. Tons of items listed in an easy to find format that makes for maximizing your donations.
What's great about it: Easy to use and "It's Deductable" really helps valuation of donations.
What's not so great: 1. Slow loading 2. It's Deductable needs to have option of entering items not listed within a particular catagory .
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Fast and efficient tax prep!

I don't know what I'd do without it! I've done it myself "long hand" and it is very time consuming, and I've usually not had all the needed forms and worksheets. I appreciate that they are all available through turbo tax.
What's great about it: Clear, concise instrictions. Asks the right questions.
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to return to edit entries. Many steps.

recommend for using year after year, as prior year info is automatically picked up ... saves a lot of time

What's great about it: THIS WAS A VERY SIMPLE PROGRAM TO WORK. YOUR BEST YET.
What's not so great: NEED TO SHORTEN SOME PROCESS AT THE END.
