Disappointed with Turbo Tax

I am not happy with this year's Turbo Tax. The end resulted in my having to mail both of my returns due to a malfunction in the software. I tried to update the software as instructed three times, but it still would not work. I would like my money back!
What's great about it: guided me through all the sections - nice
What's not so great: at the end, the application did not allow me to efile my returns due to a software glitch!

Spent over an hour trying to file electronically...downloaded updates 3 times. Still wouldn't accept for e-filing.

Could Not Have Done It Without You

Excellent software. I have used it for many years. I usually get a substantial refund, but I really hate doing the taxes. I really like this software.
What's great about it: I really liked the guidance.
What's not so great: There was one form that was not automatically filled out and it took me a while to figure it out and fill it out.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and guides the person through every tax category. I am amazed by its comprehensiveness. I recommend Turbo Tax to everyone I speak to.
What's great about it: The support for completing the tax forms is great!
What's not so great: None!

Just grateful. I wish I had started using turbo tax earlier than last year. I am afraid to do taxes turbo tax takes one of the most stressful event every year and helps me get through it.
What's great about it: Easy to use walks you through every step
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Uncomplicated Prep & Fast Filing

For a long time customer who has tried other products over the years, I'm pleased TurboTax is completely compatible for Mac OSX now and product continues to improve and be easier to use. Thanks!
My tax needs are relatively simple now and TurboTax is a great cost effective way to get throough a "necessary evil". Just get you paper work in order before you start and it all falls into place. Also importing last year's tax & personal info is quick.

Disappointed that I was not allowed to e-file my Alabama state return because I had a Schedule D loss. That seemed to be a strange reason for not allowing an e-filing.
