Been using for 15 years. Turbo Tax has always given a fair return or payment., unlike some of the professionals.. I wouldn't use any other tax program
What's great about it: the guided fill in the blanks

Awesome Software

Turbo tax is the easiest software to use. I have tried others and Turbo Tax exceeds all the rest. Thanks for making it easy for this non-computer person

Greatest Tax Program Ever

Make help available simpler - that is at every major entry. Example - good to know about children's interest whenever interest income is entered.
What's great about it: Simple
What's not so great: Not really any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The charge for state filling is too much. It also stated I needed a state filing for Florida which you don't.

Easy and Fast

This is a great tax preparation program, even if you're not totally comfortable using a computer. It's mostly just mouse clicking and entering your information.
What's great about it: Turbotax was straight-forward and easy to use; It took little time to file my taxes; the "audit" feature was great
What's not so great: Price a bit lofty

Once loaded, program was easy to use and asked all the right questions -- most convenient and was done in under an hour....
Loading program did not work and needed Tech help -- technician was most helpful and resolved problem so program would load and run....
Am disturbed that my problem (not all needed fonts were loaded in my computer) was a known problem for quit some
time and had not been resolved -- why not just add a sub-routine with required fonts to the program and avoid any
problems ..

After many years with TurboTax, having such a stupid problem makes me wonder what other companies have to offer....
What's great about it: Awesome program to use - very user friendly
