ot all cr unions banks in system
Easy to use although I usally enter data my self
No warning that if you right click and override even one item-
it forever marks your return as "mail only thus is assumes all
your entries are without error so you cannot change later
which delays your return since it is by mail--ought to be able
to correct item without penalty

What's great about it: Easy to Use: Error check best at end
What's not so great: Whne you put 0 in some fields it says "must be blank" but will not remove 0 to make it blank

Always great but not cheap

As a long time customer I am always pleased with TurboTax and the ease of filing (Turbo Tax was the first to actually print out the tax forms back in the day). E-file is fast and convenient. Only problem is the automatic renewal process is more expensive than purchasing at a retail store. Perhaps next year Turbo Tax will make automatic renewal the cheapest way to get Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Year after year sent to me and easy to understand & file
What's not so great: Automatic renewal costs more than some store purchases

15th year using TurboTax

This is our 15th year using TurboTax, and I will never use anything else! It took me less than an hour to complete, I feel very secure. I love the explanations if you don't understand something. I will continue to use this program as long as I am able.

Needs better Quality Review before release

Some fields on the W2 were different than what Turbo-Tax was showing. My W2 had a different field name in a given box. The other return I did, did NOT have a Box 11 to input info as I was required to do but when I went to forms, the numbers were shifted up a notch. So I was not able to enter line 11 info but had to put it on line 12 on the Turbo-Tax Form. There is much room for improvement this year over last year. Never had these problems with Turbo-Tax till this year. I am a 10 year+ user of Turbo-Tax.
What's not so great: Form input is not correct for W2 and 1099 anuity (spell)

I have used Turbo tax for years. each year it gets easier and easier to use. thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars by allowing me to do this myself.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: nothing

Still the best tax software

Why do you ask college tuition costs if the person already stated that he/she can be claimed as a dependent. Had to enter it twice even thought it wasn't relevant for my granddaughter.
What's great about it: Like the options to do the forms or use the guide!
What's not so great: The student tuition questions are irrelavent for dependents

The hardest part of preparing my taxes is just gathering all the needed documentation. What use to take me 4-to-5 hours now is done within an hour and a half. I can do it at my own pace and I'm much more relaxed and confident with using your TurboTax Software.
What's great about it: You make it easier every year to complete and file my taxes
What's not so great: The font needs to be larger for your visually challanged customers.
