I Like TurboTax

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years. I can't think of any reason to prepare my return my any other means.

Prefer online version rather than purchased cd

I'm not very computer savvy and this CD that I bought to download on my computer was very difficult and hard to follow.
I was unable to link it with the one I purchased online last year and therefore was unable to access the information from online to merge the 2 files. My printer was not working so I could not print my files.
Although I will use Turbo tax will only download from internet not buy hard copy CD from store.
I'm giving a 2 because it was very difficult to me.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years and have found
it very easy to use. Very easy to understand.

Makes sense of the receipts you held on to and all the official notes you get in January--solid, easy to use, accurate product.
What's great about it: Easy to use while showing all tax scenarious to be thinking about going forward
What's not so great: better to package state transmittal fee with product purchase

A little tricky

I would like to have specific warning or instruction when to leave blank and when to enter 0 (zero). Sometimes it seemed appropriate to enter 0 (zero), but if I did a new series of questions opened up - to which all answers were No. But it was impossible to go back and get that 0 out. Consequently an Error Warning appeared every time I went through Review, and there was no way to correct it. Case in point was AZ Form 140 line B6 "Non-AZ municipal interest."
What's great about it: Provided all possible forms, easy and ready help info
What's not so great: Kept getting hung up on AZ Form 140 line B6

It totally help make the experience a lot easier. Help when needed. Flowed right through the process.
