Reciprocal States

Average to below average. TurboTax still seems to have a problem with how to handle reciprocal tax states (ex: IN and OH). It keeps trying to convince you to file two state returns (one Resident and one Non-Resident) when only the Resident state is required.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Does not know how to handle reciprocal tax states

Thousand Dollars an Hour

I used the Deluxe version of TurboTax. It took me almost exactly two hours to go through the whole process, from start to finish, and my refund was a little over a thousand per hour...a lot more than I was anticipating! I'm very happy with this product. My only recommendation would to perhaps cue people in on "what to have available before starting this process." I had to run to get my car registration, my checkbook, and dig for last year's taxes as well. (I know, maybe I should have known, but really, I'm a mere novice at tax software...the only thing I had ready was my W-2 and the SSN# for my children!) I fully recommend TurboTax. I suspect it would be very helpful for the more difficult taxes as well (mine was very basic).
What's great about it: easy, clear-cut and concise
What's not so great: would like to see a list of "what to have available before starting"

Turbo Tax Review

I've used turbo tax for years. Thus far, it has been an easy exercise to do when filing my tax returns. I wish the print option was a little more friendly. I don't need to print vouchers since I pay my taxes at one time. This feature waste paper.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Need an option to print fewer tax documents on print screen

Not much to say, I have used Turbo Tax for many years and there is no reason to file my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: As simple as it gets and fast

The overall process was very quick and easy. The step-by-step nature of the Program was easy to follow, and the few times I clicked on the more info/tell me more links the information was clear, concise and helpful.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: State E-File Fee seemed excessive
