2014 federal & state tax returns

Overall I have used Turbo Tax for filling out my tax returns for several years and have had good results.
What's great about it: Very easy instructions. Made filling the tax return Easier.
What's not so great: Form request was slow retrieving.

Ive used this product for years and felt more unsure this year. First time I had to call in for help.
What's great about it: I like the guided step by step
What's not so great: more difficult to use...harder to delete forms

turbo again

I have used TurboTax for many years and probably will continue to do so. I think the price has been a little high for the last few years. I had the unfortunate situation that my computer of many years crashed back in December. I was not able to find previous years tax info and had to re-enter all information from scratch this year. A bit painful when I am used to having it automatically entered by TurboTax. I was a little annoyed when TurboTax decided to do updates just when I was ready to file. I would have thought it would update when I first signed in. I was also required to correct some information during the review cycle and the quickzoom feature did not work in a couple of instances when I was trying to get more details on the missing information.
Overall, I was pleased and it is still much faster and more pleasant than when I used to do it all by hand on the forms from the Post Office. Thanks Intuit ... keep improving it.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: price a litle high, quickzoom did not always work
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

taxes done in one day

I love TurboTax. It is quick...it is efficient...it is correct. My refund is sent right to my bank. And no standing in Post Office lines for postmarks.
What's great about it: everything recovered from last year...taxes already half done.
What's not so great: getting to used to waiting to the last minute...it's just that easy

I think it went pretty well. Stress levels moderate, no screaming at all. Easy to understand and go back and make changes if it looks like they are needed.
What's great about it: reviewable, many times.
What's not so great: so many changes from last year.
