I have been using TT for the past 8 years, and I have had success with the software every year. In my book that is a good thing! I saw H&R Block has software now but I still chose Turbo Tax (TT)!
What's great about it: Fast, Reliable, Not Time Consuming
What's not so great: Don't really have any at this time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have never filed taxes as an executor of estate, and I was quite nervous about doing this. Turbo Tax guided me through this journey step by step, and ensured that I was well educated as I went through each screen and made my decisions. It doesn't lessen the pain of losing someone you love, but it does make closing out the final chapter of your loved one's life painless and easy.
What's great about it: Made filing as an executor of an estate easy and painless.

I am a fairly experienced tax person... I would like to see the comparison of last year entry and current year entry as values are entered on each screen (maybe a screen shot option?) I'd also like to see the calculation ans subsequent entry worksheet on request (for things like retirement credit) or home-office deduction and amortization of assets.
Overall, this product is a great tool for the investment!!
What's great about it: I depend on this software 100%
What's not so great: Would be nice to have past year entry figures

There was an error on the scrip that would come up at every entry. It took about 2 weeks but it did disappear after I contacted Turbo. Great job and thank you.

Good State Refund

Finished in one hour and am getting more than I thought. The deduction section is easy to navigate, and contributions are easy. The transferring from one year to the next is great.
What's great about it: fast
What's not so great: small one, little more detail on self paid health insurance

I've used TurboTax for the past 5years and couldn't be any more satisfied with a product. Everytime I hit the send button on my taxes I feel confident that I've done the very best job I could to keep my part and also do my share.
What's great about it: I Like TurboTax period!
