Finished Taxes without hastle

Very nice software. using for last 15 years. very informative. Its deductible.com is amazing tool to keep up with the charitable donations,
What's great about it: Very easy to use and got help with all the questions. Amazing software
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

frustrated

I have really appreciated TurboTax every year I have used it, but this year was especially frustrating and annoying. It kept demanding that I purchase something from Adobe that I do not want, so it took several hours of additional work to find ways to get what I was after.
What's great about it: Turbotax made adjustments and calculations I would not even know to do.
What's not so great: The walk-through given by Turbotax does not cover employee expenses well at all - it requires going to the forms.

The audit review went fine but then I was not allowed to file electronically. No explanation was given why??

Could have been better

Not even your tax consultants knew that much about Bush Tax Forgiveness on Short Sale of Home where I got nothing but getting out from under about $150k underwater mortgage, and still made me pretend that I got something more from the Short Sale. Since 2013 was the last extension of the forgiveness act, there's nothing more to improve upon.
On 2014 tax advice, you made vouchers for quarterly tax payments, instead of having me simply zeroing out payroll deduction and requesting Social Security take out taxes against both my wife's and my monthly benefit payments.
Aside from that, all else was very straight forward and easy to use and submit.
What's great about it: Easy to use - up to a point
What's not so great: wasn't clear on Bush Tax Forgiveness, or advice for 2014 taxes

Works well -- minor complications dealing with IRA

Overall worked fine. Minor issues dealing with conversion from Traditional IRA to Roth IRA (special rules allowing these conversions).

I have used this program for over 10 years+ and have NEVER had an issue with it. It is easy to use, explains things very clearly.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: can't find anything negative
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
