Finally Done with my Refund

Difficult to Recover from External Drive

After doing taxes early and finding that we had to pay federal taxes for 2013, I saved everything to an external drive. On the night of April 14 when I went to print my taxes, I was unable to download the files from the external drive. I had to remove the entire file from the hard drive, reinstall the .exe file, and redo my 2013 taxes all over. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
What's great about it: Importing 2012 data made it easy to recreate 2013 taxes
What's not so great: Was not able to download 2013 taxes from external drive

Refund Process

Thought it was easy and well structured. I trust that it is correct by the accuracy of the questionnaire to direct me to the correct area to obtain the information need to complete the forms. I will know for sure once all the filing process is complete and I receive the e-mail confirmation.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Plus?

What's not so great: said no to audit defence, but also had to purchace Turbo Tax Plus

Simple & Efficient

I am very pleased with this software and process. It was very easy to follow the steps and the explanations along the way were excellent! Also, I liked the ease of e-filing. It feels good to know that all my forms have been filed with the push of a button and no waiting at the post office! I highly recommend this product.

I have heard from friends that their tax filling programs was giving them hard time. When they finally switched to Turbo Tax they were very satisfied.
