Love it....so Simple

I find Turbo Tax very easy to use.
The only thing I would change is that when you are done with a section, you must scroll to the bottom of the page to advance to the next section. Would be nice if they also had that button at the top of the section also. Just get tired of scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Other than that.....I find this program very user friendly. Will continue to use it. :-)
What's great about it: Easy to go step by step
What's not so great: Continue to next section button at bottom of page, have to scroll to see each time.

Decent Experience

I enjoy this software and will continue to use it, but I don't like the cost structuring. You buy the software, then you have to purchase additional state returns (which we expected). However, I was irritated at having to pay a further cost to e-file the state returns. I had to make three payments tonight: One to purchase the software, one to purchase additional states, and one to purchase the e-file for the states. I would rather select these options and purchase them all at once. Overall this is still cheaper and easier than going to a tax preparer, but it's annoying to see your return diminish with each additional charge.
What's great about it: Ease of use, cost effective.
What's not so great: Costs are nickled and dimed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Outstanding Experience

Overall, I love the TurboTax program. I have used it for several years now and it is saving me an immense amount of $ when compared to my CPA doing it in previous years. I will be a life long user.
What's great about it: Ability to import information from previous returns is great!
What's not so great: None

i couldn't get error corrected that program said stopped my from e-filing. did not import any of my tax numbers from 2012. used another tax program & found turbotax hadn't imported 2012 tax overpayments applied to 2013.
What's not so great: only imported names

Thoroughly simplifies tax prep!

Year after year TT doesn't disappoint. I need simplification in my busy life and TT provides just that. This year I really appreciated the TT community as it provided much needed clarification!
What's great about it: Simplification, step by step guidance
What's not so great: no GA ZEV tax credit assistance, a tad bit lacking in assistance w/ child credits/deductions
