I've used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years, and each year it just gets easier.
What's great about it: Loved the W-2 import feature.
What's not so great: The 1099 INT info for my credit union could not be imported

I was able to complete my taxes in one afternoon. Even after working out issues with updates not installing and their scrolling is upside down, it was overall and easy experience.
What's great about it: fast with info from last year
What's not so great: Some updates didn't work, scrolling is upside down

Process is easy and somewhat fun to use. These words, taxes and fun, rarely occur in the same sentence. However, this was very pleasant.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, and fun!!!
What's not so great: -none- (well, maybe file my state tax free too)

I love that all e-files are free now. I love that I didn't have to explain death benefits, capital losses or qualified IRA withdrawals to a stranger and hope they know the correct laws. This may have been my easiest return ever with more complex transactions for 2013.
What's great about it: Understands capital losses and qualified IRA withdrawals without explanation
What's not so great: Can't think of one today
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Takes the PAIN out of the process!

I've been using your software since 2006 when it saved me over $500 (education credits). I cannot imagine doing my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Retrieves previous year info; does the math; explains the unknowns well !
What's not so great: Nada!
