Good, once I manually downloaded the updates.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have really liked it. It was really easy to use this year, but I tried, several times, for 2 hours to download the updates from the app when it said to check for updates. I finally went to the support page and found how to manually download the updates and they downloaded in a few minutes. I'm only giving it 3 stars because it took me 3 hours to do my taxes instead of the hour or less I thought I'd spend on them.
What's great about it: easy step through
What's not so great: updates wouldn't download

Fairly Easy!

Great to have someone else do the math and the deep thinking!
What's great about it: Walks you through so you don't forget anything.
What's not so great: Made me a bit nervous about not needing receipts for certain items/amounts. Need more details.

I hate tax time, but Turbo Tax does make it a lot easier to deal with. The questions in Turbo Tax are understandable which makes it possible for most people to figure out how to do their own taxes. I like the way it checks for errors. Then I can correct any errors I have made. My only complaint is that it did not pick up last years tax return information which makes it even easier when it works correctly.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use. Q & A are helpful.
What's not so great: i use Turbo Tax year after year so it will pick up my previous year. It did not do that this year.

Each year I'm eager to see what's been improved from the prior year, and I'm never disappointed. I keep thinking I may need to hire an accountant, but then I never do!

Did not liking paying the extra processing fees when I sent in my return. I thought I got all those fees covered when I bought the program. May go with local tax pro next year if its cheaper!

Fast, Accurate and Easy

Helped me transition both employment and retirement income into one form without any headaches. Data entry was easy and straightforward.
What's great about it: Just entered all the data I had and the results were immediate.
What's not so great: Got into a loop on my state form; kept cycling the same questions; had to click the banner menu to escape.
