Long Time User May Not Be Back

Even after I chose not to efile my state return TurboTax kept taking me back to that choice. It even forced me to enter an account number for use with my state return after I repeatedly chose to file my state taxes by mail.
What's great about it: Accuracy and speed
What's not so great: Kept trying to force me to efile state return.

MO review needs signature

Turbo tax walks you through the complicated tasks associated with taxes and includes mulitple sources for answers if you are still confused such as myself
What's great about it: Simple walk through of the complicated tax process.
What's not so great: MO review said that it needed a paper signature then next line said that MO will recognize the electronic signature

Done quickly!

Even though I did not have all my documents in order, I was able to complete the task in about four hours. That included extensive online and telephone requests to 1099 providers. Entered, reviewed, checked and filed quickly. What more could I ask?
What's great about it: Easy transfer of last yrear's data. Easy to follow guided questions.
What's not so great: Didn't well define my tax rfree housing allowance as a clergy.

Hate that I have to pay for state refund after purchasing TT which advertises free state tax return as well ;(

why not use forms like w2 and 1098 to review/fill in details

Most things work very well

Everything for the federal return works. My taxes are relatively straight forward with very little esoteric stuff. Unfortunately, last year had me working some time in PA and the quality of the state return software definitely did not meet my expectations. At one point, the data entry for PA had to be completely stopped and the raw forms used to enter the information. Lucky for me I will not need to go through this exercise for 2014.
What's great about it: Excellent guide through the arcane maze of the tax code
What's not so great: State tax code understanding is far behind the level of understanding of the federal code
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
