This was the first year I have ever filed my own taxes and it was so simple. It walked me step by step on how to proceed with doing my taxes. I will be using it again next year.
What's great about it: *it let me step by step
What's not so great: seemed like it took forever

Overall, TurboTax is straightforward and fairly easy to follow. It seems that some things that were unclear in the past (e.g., states with tax-deductible car property tax fees) were clarified.
There were, however, some problems. We almost missed a huge deduction for the amount we contributed to our HSAs, for example. It looked like we were done with that section of the TurboTax when we were not.
What's great about it: Overall, fairly simple and straightforward, and some guidance was improved
What's not so great: The questions did not easily lead into all the deductions; we almost missed a huge deduction
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2 problems with your forms:
In the mileage section of Charity we do hundreds of trips of varying lengths. However, your form would not allow it. I had to say "1" trip of 975 miles on 12/31/13!
In the state sales tax credit, we had bought a refrigerator and freezer this year. Your form did not have "Appliances" in the list with the cars and RVs.
What's great about it: It gets easier and better each year. It checks the things I forgot.
What's not so great: Trouble with your mileage section of charity

Should have direct link to information on military retirement. Under state I have to figure what exemption (Bailey) I am eligible for. Why not something more direct and SIMPLE.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years with no problems. Tried a different brand for one year and didn't like it.
What's great about it: Love everything.
What's not so great: None
