Cant file state returns with Turbotax because you cant get Turbotax to accept a credit card. What a pain and waste of time at the end of working a long program. Grrrr.

Fast, Accurate and Easy

Most etax packages boast Fast, Accurate and Easy... pick 2
TurboTax delivers all three. Congratulations.
What's great about it: step-by-step and self guided were seamless
What's not so great: none noted
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I suppose I could have done my taxes manually but it would have taken much longer.
What's great about it: It brought up all the questions I needed
What's not so great: sometimes i had to backtrack when unfamiliar numbers popped up.

I have used turbo tax for 2 years and I have recommended it to a family and friend. Takes the anxiety out of doing the taxes and doing them right.
What's great about it: I liked that it would not let me miss an credit
What's not so great: it would be nice to offer audio

I have used turbo tax for several years so it is easy to upload past info. Had a lot of difficulty this year when trying to pay for my state return. Still don't think it saves me any money and doesn't give me much on how to save more for next year.
What's great about it: Cheap to purchase, easy to enter past info
What's not so great: program freezes
