I've used Turbo Tax for Fed and State for the longest time; could NEVER get my dyslexic brain through taxes without it! Love how they walk you through everything, transfer information in, and make sure all the math is correct! Woot woot!
What's great about it: The Easy Guide makes taxes nearly painless

Nice program

I have been using turbo tax for 8 years and find it to be a lot simpler tha n others I have tried, then ended up using your program anyway.
What's great about it: The questions are laid out well, easy to move between forms.
What's not so great: Having to use adobe reader 12! It doesnt function well unless you have the paid version, unlike the earlier versions.

Very upset that I could not use more than one payment, made it difficult to complete. Also, there is a charge for making things easier for everyone. Extra charges are frustrating. Will most likely switch away from using TurboTax next year as it does not seem to be cost effective nor am I confident I am getting everything I should.
What's great about it: Calculates everything
What's not so great: Difficult to navigate.

I appreciate the reference to prior years especialy when it saves me keystrokes. This feature should be expanded throughout the application.
What's great about it: Easy to use prompts. Gathering info longer than filling out and filing the form
What's not so great: W2Gs require entering payer info individually

The old procrastinator did it again, in the 25th hour!
What's great about it: Fast and simple guided tour with lots of explanation. Previous year data rolled over and compared to new return.
What's not so great: More examples. Error checker gets bogged down in "0.00" amounts in the forms. State filing and online transmittal fees
