Dependable Software

Actually it is fun using TurboTax, especially when the refund amounts at the top of the page start to increase and keep on increasing. I also lke the fact that professional protection is available if I want to pay extra for it in case the IRS wants to challenge any of my data. This way I can submit it and forget about it, except for the fun of checking my bank account to watch the Federal and State refunds as they are deposited.
What's great about it: I have been using TurboTax for so many years that I can't even remember when I started.
What's not so great: Occasionally the startup is rather slow.

Highly Recommend!!!

I have used this software for years now. I highly recommend this. This software transfers tax data from previous years to make filing the current year's tax information easier. I don't see myself switching from TurboTax any time soon.
What's great about it: Easy interface, easy to understand, user friendly
What's not so great: None, though tax season is never fun

Everything went smooth except my city tax form. It didn't calculate the total city taxes paid. It only included the taxes from one W-2. I had the same problem last year and had to file a manual form.
What's great about it: Easy to file
What's not so great: There seems to be a city tax form glitch

Will Never Use Any Other Program

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. I would never use any other program to do my taxes. It only asks you questions that pertain to your situation. My children even use it because of the easy to understand format. I would recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is easy.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
