Best refund ever

This software is easy to use. The required inputs /questions have logical progression. This was the highest refund that we have ever received. The questions led us to discover a few deductions that we were not previously aware were eligible.
What's great about it: Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would whole heartedly recommend Turbo Tax.
The only complaint I have is the order of the guide me entries. As you answer each question the next question is put at the bottom of the form, causing you to lose your place and continually scroll to the bottom of the form. I'm not sure inverting the new items would solve the issue. New items would appear at the top. Scrolling to the bottom item would help. This is a minor annoyance.

Itemized Deductions - Charitable Donations

I attempted to enter a donation of a car to a charitable organization. The instructions indicated I should select the line that included household items...and cars. When I went to that worksheet it indicated it was NOT the worksheet for donating a car. There was no way to indicate the mileage I drove to deliver the car to the charity.
What's great about it: The amnount of work was greatly minimized
What's not so great: How to deal with donation of a car is not clear at all

Good, but...

I like the program, but had two problems. 1. It wanted information about my state refund that was already in last year's return. 2. On my state form it kept insisting that I tell it the exact dates when I entered and retired from Federal Service - when I didn't work for the Federal government.
What's great about it: fast
What's not so great: Hit two snags.
