Turbo Tax has proven to be user friendly and accurate. I have used this product for years and would recommend to anyone. The best feature is the "Walk Me Through Guide". It makes filing your taxes a breeze.
What's great about it: User friendly. Favorite feature - Walk Me Through Guide.
What's not so great: None at this time!

Lovedoing my own taxes with Turbo Tax

The Medical Expense Deductions section has categories for the expenses, such as Prescriptions, Doctors, Facilities, etc. But it needs to list these categories at the beginning of the section so that I can organize and separate out the different receipts and expenses per category before beginning to input the numbers into Turbo Tax. Otherwise, I forget that Facilities is a different category from Doctors and combine the expenses in one category and then have to go back and subtract out the Facilities expenses from the Doctors expenses and so forth. Very Frustrating! If Turbo Tax had a listing of the categories at the beginning of the section reminding me how the expenses are going to be categorized, I would save myself time. Thank you.
What's great about it: Easy and Intuitive to use, even when you have to go back to make corrections
What's not so great: Medical Expense Deductions sections needs to preview categories

The process is easy. Just answer the questions and get it done. Start to stop in under 3 hours!
What's great about it: It walked me through the whole process.

I have been a loyal TurboTax customer for 20 years, ever since my husband and I did our first joint return together. The software makes entering the data easy and reviewing the input with my husband a breeze. We would not our taxes any other way!
What's great about it: Easy to use, can go back to review portions using the menus.
What's not so great: Not all forms were availble for uploading.
