I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has gotten better each year. Unless you are very careless it is hard for a mistake to get by. If you can collect all your information anyone can use this program.
What's great about it: Very easy for an old man!
What's not so great: Still have to round up all the information.

Turbo Tax is getting more user friendlier every year.
What's great about it: auto fillin and trasnsfer of informastion
What's not so great: could not see cost to file state return up front.

Didn't save my info

I entered all of my information then went back the next day to file and it didn't keep any of my interest income, deductions, etc. Only kept W2 information and I saved before exiting. Extremely frustrating and wasted my time.

20 Years and I Still Count on TurboTax

For 20 years I've count on TurboTax to prepare my tax return. It has never disappointed, and the IRS has never questioned a TurboTax calculation on a tax form I've submitted. I love the program and recommend it to all my family and friends.
What's great about it: Easy to install, easy and accurate to use, usability improvements every year
