I have been using Turbo Tax since it's inception. It never fails me.
What's great about it: Support a short link away. Simplicity. Step by step instructions preceded with questions.

Another great year!

Another year goes by when I get my return fast after finishing my filing fast! I'm confident that I've gone through everything to get the best return I can... Thanks again Intuit!
What's great about it: Easy to use, grabs my info from last year!
What's not so great: Lets me procrastinate!

Another year to "give" money to the Government

The input of K-1 information, my financial adviser loves putting us into businesses that issue K-1s, was done manually. It was "after the fact" that I found out about the Tax Package Support web site has some capability to import to TurboTax. One has to look in the upper right corner of the Tax Support Package to see the TurboTax logo. Make it easier for me next year - please. Best, Gene

What's not so great: Need to have businesses come to TurboTax and tell us humans how to download their tax information.

I had trouble e-filing (due to user error), but the incredibly competent and patient customer service walked me through it step by step. I waited to the last minute to do my taxes, and if it wasn't for Turbo Tax I would've missed the deadline.
What's great about it: Was able to file from home

2013 Turbo Tax is, as usual, indispensable. Easy to use and I am confident that my taxes are done correctly.

I love turbo tax filing. super easy and non stressful. I feel like no stone was left unturned, enough questions and super easy to follow. Will always use turbo tax
