Great for Beginners

I use this to double check myself. it works pretty good as long as you don't want to enter on the forms instead of doing the step by step. I have a home office and rent sheds so I have to do 4 different federal forms. One is the SCH E and it is easier for me to enter all the expenses on the form itself than one step at a time...the program doesn't like it and it won't carry $ amount over to other forms without doing the steps or you have to do it manually. This form also wants a SCH C but I don't fill it all in I just want it to say " heres the dollar amount SEE form 8829. All and all you can use the deluxe for rental stuff it checks you pretty good ! ALSO Deluxe says includes STATE, but you have to PAY to E-file it....Thats not right !!!!
What's great about it: The step by step
What's not so great: If you don't need the step by step it gets alittle annoying
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another year of family changes

As the Taxes continue to become more complicated TurboTax is doing a great job of keeping up and make it easier for the taxpayers to handle their own tax preparations.
What's great about it: Helped me zero in on issues caused by electronic transfers from Investment companies
What's not so great: Sometimes got confusing following to get all my data in.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would recommend this software to anyone who stresses out about filing taxes. This program is very easy to navigate through.

Helped so Much!!!!!!!

My husband passed away and the hardest thing ever was having to file "single". Your team was caring and understanding and helped greatly. Not an easy task to say the least. After using this program for over 15 years, I honestly admit I will never ever even contemplate using anything else for my taxes.
What's great about it: Suddenly single and Turbo Tax understood
What's not so great: nothing

Tax filing a breeze

Thanks to Turbo Tax I can make use of my education. I can start my tax preparation process - work on it iteratively ,ensure I am only paying my fair share of taxes and file with a peace of mind. Cannot say more of Turbo Tax. Keep it up guys!!!

Ten Years of Turbo Tax

I have only used turbo tax as my computer assisted tax program. For 10 years! Each year it gets a little easier! Keep up the good work

Surprised!!!

I had an inheritance and thought the government would take a big chunk but Turbo Tax helped us through and got a larger refund than expected.
What's great about it: Every year very easy to use, and always finds something we didn't think of.
