Great tax service

TurboTax does a good job of guiding the taxpayer through the IRS labyrinth, and explaining things as you go through the process. Makes the job of organizing and filing taxes much easier, and accurate.

This is my 4th year using Turbo-Tax.
What's great about it: Questions
What's not so great: Transition to state for revisions before electronically filed created a paid event .
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Wow it's done

Easy to use program that asks questions to walk you through your return and offers reasons for questions and explanations for them.
What's great about it: Easy questions and able to retrieve information while program keeps data
What's not so great: Unable to see the forms until complete

Easy Refund

I have used TT for several years now and I am very pleased. Only problem this year is that I had Schedule C small business income and after I entered information about car I used for business, however the summary screen incorrectly showed I was leasing the car when I actually owned (checked this box correctly). Schedule C form did show correct information. Must have been glitch in software. Also, I tried to show that I no longer used the car for business and it left me with the only option to indicate how I had disposed of the car, but I still have it, just don't use it for business. Solution was to indicate I still used it to avoid dead end.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Showed one error in summary of business information

Have used Turbo Tax for at least eight years now. Very simple to use.... explanations are clear and thorough, even when we had a number of deductions and tax credits, and other "complications". The program walks through everything in detail and does a great job of "teaching" as you progress to a finished return. We are very comfortable when filing using Turbo Tax.

I like Turbo Tax but the one con about this is I had some problems getting last year's information.

What's not so great: Have Trouble Viewing Last Year's Info At Times
