Super Easy!!

I have used TurboTax for a few years, and every year it seems to get more user-friendly. This year, I somewhat felt like something had been missed, so I went through each step one at a time to double check. Nothing was missed!
What's great about it: Super quick and easy to follow.
What's not so great: Almost felt like something was missed...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have wasted money at H&R Block in the past, and I did not receive as much back. Trust me, never again will I not trust my brains and Turbo Tax!

Tax Year 2013 Surprises

Miss the videos or video streaming help features. After review, planning for next years tax situation was non-existent. Should not have to pay a higher price for a product inwhich this should be a standard feature.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Cannot plan for next years taxes - adjust offer stratigies

First time had major problems w/ Turbo tax!

Our return was rejected due to pins? (we think). Turbo Tax said to update and refile. Even tried new IRS pins. Updated 3 times and still could not refile. Printed out our tax forms (which Turbo sd were 100% accurate) to now mail! Want a refund for our efile fees.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: problem did not correct dispite 3 attempts!

Turbo Tax continues to improve. Quick, easy and intuitive. The automatic update and use of previous returns is immeasurably helpful. All in all, a great product.
What's great about it: option of step by step or go where you want
What's not so great: updates don't let you know they are downloading, so you might inadvertently cancel.
