I have used Turbo Tax for years and find it the easiest way to file our taxes. Any questions I have can be easily answered on this program.

Good overall experience

The only problem I had was, you have to pay for your state return. Which isn't a big deal because you can just deduct it from your federal return. Overall a good experience!
What's great about it: Easy to efile, step by step instructions

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT BEING CHARGED FOR MY STATE WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE.
What's great about it: LOVE IT! VERY FAST PROCESS.
What's not so great: I DIDNT GET MY FREE STATE. IT CHARGED ME ANYWAY

Easy Breezy Filing

My husband and I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years - and we love it! We've never had a problem. It's fast, easy to understand, and even allows us to import our W-2s, 1099s, and our accounts from Quicken. This makes filing taxes easier, and frees up more time for spending time together as a family.
What's great about it: W-2 and 1099 Import

I have been using this product for years and it is the best. So easy to use and answers all my questions. I love that it uploads all of last year's information and reminds you of all your deductions. This year I will be able to prepare my teen's returns as well.
What's great about it: Ease of use, thoroughness, ability to file multiple returns
What's not so great: Nothing
