Smooth Refund

This is my third or fourth year using Turbo Tax. I have not been tempted to try another brand. I really like the way you are stepped through the process and the ability to work on your own if you want to. Highly recommended. The price is also more reasonable than using a service.
What's great about it: Excellent software and easy to use/follow.
What's not so great: None noticed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Painless...almost

Turbo Tax walks you through everything from the basics to the odd deductions you've never even heard of.
I owed money, but I was able to get a lot of deductions I didn't know about.
What's great about it: So easy to follow. Seriously step by step!
What's not so great: No help search on State Return

Very frustrated trying to load software onto my PC. Kept getting an error message. Followed guidlines provided for trying to correct issue and was not able to correct. Ended up causing a crash on my PC and I lost a lot of my files that I had not recently backed up.
What's not so great: Had a lot of trouble getting software to load. Kept getting an error message and lost 2 days.

It was a breeze filling out the taxes. I even had a quick process in having to amend a tax year.
