Peace of mind

I like the fact that it compares year to year - means less data entry and less chance of missing something. Analysis check catches anything you might have missed - nice!
What's great about it: guides you through all areas; checks your work
What's not so great: lots of steps to click through, but you can navigate around once you become familar

Glad I used Turbo Tax

It was initially difficult to get info transferred from the prior year's return. Once I restarted the return with the transferred data, everything went smooth until the end. I couldn't pay for the eFile online due to a network issue, so they comp'd it. I like the fact when calling customer service, they would call you back without losing your place in line.
What's great about it: Ease of use

Dumbed down to the point that it's mostly annoying. Time to look for something a bit more sophisticated.

Very practical and easy to use.
What's great about it: It goes in depth when we need it to explain those things we aren't sure about

My Taxes Made Easy!!!

I never feel comfortable doing taxes. I worry that I will miss something in the paperwork. However, TurboTax walks me through the process with clear directions and patiently waits while I dig for any missing documents.
Each year I use TurboTax, I finish with a good feeling that what I have done is correct and all information has been entered.

What's great about it: This year we sold our house and Turbo Tax made the paperwork easy and quick.

Nothing but the best

As usual, it was time-consuming but relatively easy. I have been using Turbo Tax since 1994 and have always been glad I did it.
What's great about it: they make most things understandable
What's not so great: I didn't like the review that came after i selected transmit my returns. This happened twice and I don't know why.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Easy Peasy!!

All you have to do is collect all your appropriate documents in a file throughout the year. Then just follow the prompts and voila - Done. I've been using TurboTax for years and can't think of a reason to use any other.
What's great about it: Easy to use. The walk through and explanations are clear.
What's not so great: what cons?
