First-rate product: TURBO TAX

Why doesn't Turbo tax itself oversee--for a fee--filing with a credit card? This very high fee is ludicrous.
What's great about it: clearly organized; helpful advice;
What's not so great: the 2.49% charge for putting tak payments on a credit card is crazy.

Not sure I would use again.
What's great about it: good for a simple return
What's not so great: when there is a problem there is NO helpful instructions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Technical glitch with updates held my returns hostage for nearly a month. Phone number for legitimate technical assistance was well-hidden. Probably my last year with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: was able to get my taxes filed on 4/14
What's not so great: Difficult to get to a phone number of legitimate Turbo Tax help

Fast and Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for the last 6 years, it has always been very user friendly. Will continue to use this product for many more years.
What's great about it: Walked me through the whole thing, very simple
What's not so great: very popular had to go to several stores to purchase

I have been using turbo tax for 8 yrs now. I use to have it done professionally, but turbo tax does everything he did at a fraction of the cost

I've used Turbo Tax for 5 years now and I wouldn't think about going to an office and waiting half the day. Simply and quick.
What's great about it: simply, quick, fool proof

Super Telephone Support!

My state tax return gave me an error message that I could not efile because it was an amended return; but I had not filed my return yet. I tried to resolve on my own and nothing worked. I sent a message to the online help and received no reply. I finally called the 888 number and the consultant very patiently went through my state return with me. When she couldn't resolve, she brought in higher level support. While it took a while to fix the issue, they stayed with me until I was able to successfully file my returns (federal and two states). I was so relieved when the transactions were complete! Great team work - cooperative, diligent, and friendly!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax consultant stayed on phone until my technical issue was resolved/my documents were successfully efiled.
What's not so great: Did not get a response to my online request for help at portal; saw a similar question that was also not answered.

Love it! Don't know why I haven't been using it for years. This was the easiest way to prepare my own returns!
What's great about it: Import directly from ADP, easy review of deductions
What's not so great: Really none...
