excelent way to fill your taxes,the most important is the you learn how to do your taxes and dont give to some one to charge so much money to fill numbers

Not going to renew for next year because E-file doesn't work.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Wouldn't transmit my return by E-file. Updated and it still would work.

If you didn't charge my credit card automatically, I'd be a lot happier. My limit can be very small sometimes, and I need gas and food.
What's great about it: Easy to use and fast
What's not so great: Don't like that you charge my credit card for the software

2013 Fed return

The repeated updates at the end of the process was stupid and frustrating. I was using an installed-on-my-hard-drive Mac version and solved this problem by using a tip from another user. Deleted trash, saved, quit TurboTax, restarted, and went through the whole efile process again and it worked.
This sounds like a simple problem so why didn't TT fix it?
What's great about it: Usual good experience with prompts and flow. Works very well.
What's not so great: Repeated problems getting efile to work. Kept asking me to install updates over and over.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The tax code explanations seem to be comprehensive as well as understandable.
What's great about it: The blow by blow interview is reassuring to me.
What's not so great: No complaints, really.
