Practical and effective, good method of saving PDF

Good Product! I have used Turbo Tax for years. I was first referred to the product by a CPA. I appreciate the ability to save PDF files for records and I like the way that you can continue after having finished part of the return. It would be helpful if you could view several tabs at once as you try to fix errors or review portions of the return.
What's great about it: Step by step methods work for me
What's not so great: Some cells for corrections are confusing

Successfully file your own taxes

I experienced a massive malware attack Saturday when I tried to install Adobe Reader prompted by your software. Software was named AdobeReader but was not the legitimate AdobeSystems product. I had to do a full sys restore to purged out the unwanted software and in the process LOST my entire near complete Federal filing, 10 hours of work wiped out. Today as I was about to e-file I received a warning of an untrusted site with incorrect certificate. I exited out and made second attempt successfully. My browser is Firefox and I use Avast virus protection and AT&T Uverse. These are frightening problems as I am not a computer geek. I expect it to work.
Nevertheless, your tax software is terrific and very user friendly and I will be using it next year as I have for many years.

What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step instructions; excellent font size and layout
What's not so great: Could not e file extension? Why not? E filing the finished forms was clumsy bogged down by surprise fee to efile state

Did not ask me if my K-1 was part of a IRA.
Does not adjust step by step when an answer to a previous question is changed.

What's not so great: Explanations not always clear. Not sure I received all deserved deductions. purchasing audit insurance frustrating

I have been using TT since 1990. It continues to improve and make the tax preparation process less burdensome. Great program.
