Disappointed that it wasn't updated until finished

disappointed by lack of deductions even though it was the same as last year but you wouldn't count all my deductions and then the updated it in the end and still did not count my deductions. Didn't count my sales tax

This is my sixth year of using Turbo Tax. So far, there have been no problems, such as audits or calls from the IRS.

easy to file

I used Turbo Tax about 10 years ago and was unable to file electronically. I think internet capabilities back then were limited. This time it was easy, and I'm very pleased.
The two drawbacks were on the steps (a little vague) involving:
1)1099-G refund from state
2) UT homeowners exemption...question asked a double negative, and I had to call a friend for help.
I figured it out, however...filing was easy.

I paid to have my states (MS and AL) e-filed. Only after I paid and tried to transmit my return did it tell me that something was wrong. Turbo Tax kept saying I needed a federal form but the form was already in the federal section. It was filled out during my federal return. Why wouldn't the software include it with my Mississippi return? This was very frustrating and defeats the purpose of using Turbo Tax. Now that I have to mail the return, it will take forever to get my refund, which I was going to use to help pay what I owe on my federal return. I checked your online help and community and there are lots of people complaining about this and having the same problem. I expected better of Turbo Tax. I want my money back that it made me pay for e-filing returned to my account. I felt paying then being told I couldn't e-file is UNSAT. Please feel free to contact me concerning this and my refund.. I know I am not the only unhappy person due to this situation.
