Fantastic 2014

Most of Turbo Tax was easy, except for the final stage of printing or e filing. E-filing went great; printing was more difficult. When logging into Turbo Tax, it continuously told me to continue. I was finished, but could not get to the printing program, until several tries later.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions
What's not so great: Finalizing..could not get it right to print

Hard and stupid

The stupid bank denied payment and I need to re-submit but you system is entirely unclear on how to proceed.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: resubmit to IRS is extremely difficult

Always reliable Turbo Tax

Always dependable Turbo Tax. I have used Turbo Tax every year since it launched except one and that year cost me too much for one of the "appointment" type file places. Turbo Tax saves me time and money! I will always be my own best advocate when it comes to saving me money.
What's great about it: easy for newbies and pros
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax NEVER a problem!!

Have used TurboTax over 17 years and have NEVER had a problem or call from the IRS. It has taken me through buying a house married and again after a divorce, selling some stock, all the medical deductions, property taxes, work expenses, etc. Five years able to do my aging Mother's taxes with the same program and NO accountant's fees.
What's great about it: Complete Trust and Great Refunds.

Taxes were a real challenge this year with a move

Overall, we use TURBO TAX every year and find it to be the best and easiest to navigate through. We will continue with TURBO TAX for all our tax filing.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax helped walk us through filing in two states due to a move
What's not so great: sometimes the questions asked were a bit difficult to understand on certain subjects

Easy and Fast, Less pain and anxiety

I love Turbo Tax; have used for many, many years; it is fast, easy and produces no anxiety at all. Most difficult to deal with is when the program keeps telling you there are updates after you have downloaded updates. I have tried another tax program, but an sticking with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: East, fast, less pain and anxiety; you tell me where to put the info.
What's not so great: none

turbotax deluxe with state e-file

I'd have liked this software much better if I could have used the e-file feature...
What's great about it: great and easy to use
What's not so great: bought e-file and COULD NOT e-file despite a good internet connection

Nice and easy to follow. I have used Turbo Tax for filing my taxes for many, many years and found 2013 version very easy to use. In fact, this Turbo Tax is actually the easiest to navigate that I have used over the years. Keep up the good work. Makes tax filing less stressful.
What's great about it: easy to follow and confident in correct tax filing, refund
What's not so great: None, I've used Turbo Tax since 1994 and it was known by another name back then.
