Ease of use

Would recommend it to anyone - had used a CPA for over 20 years and after retirement decided I could cut the cost and also learn something. It has improved my appreciation for the CPA firm did for me, but also showed that I can do it - have compared the results and TurboTax is even or in my opinion better than my previous experience.
What's great about it: Overall improvements from 4 years ago were noted each year, it's almost perfect
What's not so great: Your download is not very "visible" as it always looks like the computer went to sleep and you just keep wating

This year was awesome. Everything was there from last year. Was great to print a copy before I filed. I tell everyone to use Turbo Tax. Feels great to know I'm finished. Ever nick name I try has been used.
What's great about it: Easy to understand

Easy Peezy

I've been filing my taxes with Turbo Tax for approximately 7 years and wouldn't change to any other software. It's super easy to transfer returns from one year to the next without having to re enter all the info that remains the same year after year!!!
What's great about it: Easy guides to follow!
What's not so great: A little hard to understand some of the help tips

What's not so great: List of non cash donations is terrible to use. Lots of items not on the list. Where is a man's beard trimmer?
