Numerous years with Intuit

I have used Turbo Tax from Intuit for years. I have always found it to be a simple process.
What's great about it: Short walk though Q&A
What's not so great: Difficult to make adjustments to Federal Income for State Income

Refund complete!!!

I think that having an online customer service agent would be a nice addition to Turbo Tax to walk you through the process, or to answer any questions as you complete the return. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this product and I will use it again next year.
What's great about it: I loved how simple this process was in completing my first tax return.
What's not so great: I didn't like not being able to sit across from someone who could make sure that I was doing everything the right way.

I choose how I wish to navigate through the folders. HELP options are actually helpful. Bundling the federal, state and local forms so they can be formatted automatically saves me a lot of time and cuts down on errors.
What's great about it: .

Turbo Tax and Clergy

Since Clergy are rated as self-employed but required to use a W-2 and they get business write offs but they do not own or are not a personal business this program makes it hard to maneuver through and record deductions and wages as pertain to Clergy as not a business.
What's great about it: Still a good way to do taxes as Clergy
What's not so great: Program has problems with Clergy vs. Business deductions

GETS BETTER EVERY YEAR!

THERE AREN'T ENOUGH GOOD WORDS TO DESCRIBE IT=MAKES DOING MY TAXES A BREEZE. NOW IF I COULD JUST GET BETTER ORGANIZED, IT MIGHT EVEN BE FUN! :>))
What's great about it: FASTER, CLEARER INSTRUCTIONS AND HELPS
What's not so great: STATED THAT UPDATES WOULD TAKE 45 MINUTES BUT IT ONLY TOOK 15

Love Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax makes doing my taxes almost fun. I most appreciate the step-by-step instructions - I feel confident that I'm not missing anything important. I also like seeing the running total of my refund or taxes owed. This gives me a clear understanding of how much my deductions and credits affect my taxes.
