Im happy just like the years past except for one.

My issue is: TurboTax does not recognized the USPS State abbreviation - "AS" (American Samoa) as a valid entry in the 1099-R section block #13 state/payer's state no...thus I'm not allowed to complete Federal E-File process. I hope TurboTax gets this issue corrected for next season.
What's great about it: Easy to work with.
What's not so great: I hav one issue with the program and I forget to notify TurboTax about it every year.

I like that this program brings forward all my previous year information when I start a new return.
I did better with TurboTax than H&R Block!
It's only a little confusing when it finds errors, but easy to sort out if you go back through the steps. I've used it for 7 years now.
What's great about it: Easy to follow thru the steps.
What's not so great: A little confusing when filing a payment online rather than a refund.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Each year is easier

We have used Turbo Tax since 2006 and it seems to get easier each year. It is easier to download W-2 and 1099s then ever. Really appreciate this aspect of it.

When I return to the program after going through once, not all the questions are displayd. This has lead to a problem in the past.

Easy To Use

I used to go to a tax professional but I still did all the legwork while they crunched the numbers. Using Turbo Tax was no different than answering the tax professional's questions plus I didn't have to leave my home.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy.
